Close Bet from Bet365
Were you the one punter with money on Bayern Munich in the Champion’s League final in 1999? Back AC Milan against Liverpool in Istanbul in 2005? Watch in Horror as Newcastle salvaged a draw from 4-0 down, when your money was on Arsenal?
If only you’d had the option to get out of jail early by taking a settlement whilst your selection was winning, and beat the fate lady luck had held in store for you. Well, thanks to Bet365, now you do.
Cue Close Bet. If you’ve placed a bet with Bet365 and you’re beginning to doubt the success of your selection, you can change your mind and take a settlement fee in return for your voided bet. Depending on the outcome of the bet, you will either be left with an early profit on a winning bet, or a reduced loss on your original stake on a losing bet now available for soccer, tennis and basketball.
The following markets are excluded from the Close Bet method:
- Asian Handicap
- Goal line
- Draw No Bet
- First/next/last goalscorer
- Anytime scorecast
- First half scorecast
Please note that it is NOT available to customers residing in Greece, Germany, Italy or Australia.
This option is available on a wide range of bets, including singles, doubles, trebles, accumulators, lucky 15, and loads more, and will be available on mobiles, laptops, computers and Ipads. This function is available on the top right of the Bet365 homepage.
