Premier League Betting TipsMark Rawlinson

The Premier League continues thick and fast this weekend and there are a couple of tasty looking matches including Liverpool v Arsenal and Cardiff City v Swansea City.

Liverpool v Arsenal Betting Tips

Arsenal’s ‘make or break’ month begins this lunchtime as they travel to Anfield ahead of a tough run of fixtures where they’ll also play Manchester United and Bayern Munich in the coming weeks.

Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers conceded that their thoughts are now on snatching a top four spot rather than competing for the title and three points here would edge them closer to a return to the Champions League.

The reds are unbeaten in five but will be without defensive duo Glen Johnson and Daniel Agger who are injured alongside Mamadou Sakho, Jose Enrique and Lucas Leiva.

The Gunners have a good record at Anfield of late having not lost there in the league since 2007, taking three wins from their last four visits there.

Jack Wilshere is closing in on an comeback from an ankle injury but will probably miss out and Mathieu Flamini continues his three match ban.

Liverpool are favourites for the win and Ladbrokes, amongst others, price them at 5/4, with William Hill offering the best value on an Arsenal win at 12/5.

Catch this match live on BT Sport 1 from 12:45pm.

Swansea City v Cardiff City Betting Tips

Following a promising start to the season, a dire run of form has seen Swansea sucked into the relegation dog-fight and they begin the post-Michael Laudrup era with a tough South Wales derby match against old foes Cardiff.

After picking up just four points in their last eight games, the Dane was dismissed at the start of this week and long serving defender Garry Monk takes up the temporary reins of the Swans this weekend.

He will be without Jonjo Shelvey who has injured his hamstring but has the services of Jose Canas who has shaken off an ankle injury whilst Michel Vorm and Michu may also return to the squad following long injury lay-offs.

Following three blanks, Ole Gunnar Solskjær finally got his first Premier League win as Cardiff boss last weekend with a 2-1 win over Norwich City but they currently sit 19th.

He may hand Wilfried Zaha his first start after joining on loan from Manchester United last week whilst Juan Cala could also make his debut for the injured Mark Hudson.

A second half goal from Steven Caulker gave Cardiff a 1-0 win when these sides last met in November but it is Swansea who are favourites for victory, with Bet Victor offering the best price of 37/40. The best value on a Cardiff win comes from William Hill at 19/5.

This match is live on Sky Sports 1 from 5:30pm.

Tottenham v Everton Betting Tips

Both these sides remain in the chase for European football next season and this meeting could go onto have a big say in which one may go onto achieve that come the end of the campaign.

Spurs are on the hunt for their first Premier League victory since January 19th after being defeated by Manchester City and drawing with Hull City last weekend.

Tim Sherwood is boosted by the news that he should have the services of both Andros Townsend and Mousa Dembele who both return from injuries.

Everton go into the game a point ahead of their hosts in fifth place and searching for their first set of back-to-back league wins since late December.

Seamus Coleman should make a return to the starting XI following an injury whilst Roberto Martinez also has Gerard Deulofeu and Lacina Traore back from lay-offs.

The last time these two met it ended in a goalless draw but Spurs are 23/20 favourites with Bet Victor, with Bet 365 offering the best price on a Toffees win at 11/4.

Kevin Mirallas has scored three goals in his last four appearances and is my BET OF THE DAY as anytime scorer at 11/4 with William Hill.

This game is live on Sky Sports 1 from 1:30pm on Sunday.
