NFL Week 11 Betting Tips

Jack Benyon

Week 11 in the NFL promises to be the best of the season so far, with key divisional matchups and one of the most talked about games in recent history as the best NFL defense faces the best NFL offense.

Kansas City Chiefs @ Denver Broncos – Mon, 18 Nov 1:30

The unbeaten Chiefs (9-0) travel to the 8-1 Broncos for this AFC West matchup. The chiefs sit at the top of the AFC division with the Broncos second, and not in recent memory has any one game been considered so vital or so intriguing. The Broncos are 3/10 Favourites with Bet Victor, and Totesport offer 3/1 on the underdog Chiefs. The Chiefs defense hasn’t come up against an offence as strong as the Broncos this season, and there barely above average offence may struggle to keep up with the Broncos. The Broncos to win by 11-20 points is 3/1 with Paddy Power, whilst tight end revelation Julius Thomas is evens to score a touchdown anytime, also with Paddy Power.

San Francisco 49ers @ New Orleans Saints – Sun, Nov 17 21:25

The 7-2 Saints host the 6-3 49ers in a rivalry which always produces exciting games. The Saints are heavy favourites at 5/8 with William Hill, and the 49ers are rated at 6/4 with Stan James. The much improved Saints pass defense may lead to a heavily biased running game for the 49ers, which in theory puts the result of this game in the hands of Frank Gore. The Saints pass offense needs no introduction, and the Saints to score over 24.5 points is 4/5 with William Hill. Mark Ingram had a breakout week for the Saints last week and is 23/10 to score a touchdown anytime with Ladbrokes, while Frank Gore is 10/11 with Coral.

Baltimore Ravens @ Chicago Bears – Sun, Nov 17 18:00

The struggling 4-5 Baltimore Ravens face the improving 5-4 Chicago Bears in Chicago this weekend. Chicago are 2nd in the NFC north whilst the Ravens are 3rd in the AFC north. If the Ravens can get some production out of running back Ray Rice in this game they have a chance against a poor Chicago run defense. Ravens are rated at 27/20 by Paddy Power, while the Bears go in at 4/6 favourites with Bet Victor. Ray Rice is 11/10 to score a touchdown anytime with Ladbrokes, whilst the Bears to win by 1-13 points is 5/4 with Paddy Power.

Cleveland Browns @ Cincinnati Bengals – Sun, Nov 17 18:00

The 6-4 Bengals are in good form this year and have a polished and balance offense capable of beating teams with the pass or rush. They sit at the top of the NFC North, whilst the 4-5 Browns are one place behind in the same division. Bengals to win by 13-18 points is 6/1 with Boylesports, and the Bengals to win both halves is 10/11 with Paddy Power. Giovanni Bernard is the pick of the anytime touchdown scorers at 11/10 with Ladbrokes.

BET OF THE DAY – Minnesota Vikings @ Seattle Seahawks – Adrian Peterson to score a touchdown anytime is 5/6 with Paddy Power. Whilst the odds seem short, if there’s any player in the league to bet on to score a touchdown, it’s the league MVP. 5/6 is the best odds on Peterson to score anytime all season.
